About us Independent NYC shuttle operator

We run the shuttle, so you can run the company.

Commuter Shuttle Co. is an independent New York-area shuttle bus operator. Our core is the recurring employee commuter program — the daily commute designed as a route network and run under contract — and we bring the same route discipline to corporate and event shuttles, conference loops, group airport transfers, and charters.

Who we are

A program operator, not a charter broker

Most group-transport companies treat a corporate shuttle as just another booking. We built the opposite: a desk that designs commuter networks. Since 2014 we have planned and run fixed employee routes across the five boroughs and the Tri-State corridor — grouping where staff live into sensible corridors, syncing pickups to shift clocks, and operating the same timetable every working day.

That focus shows up in the details. We back-solve timetables from arrival deadlines instead of guessing start times. We size vehicles to corridors instead of defaulting to whatever is on the lot. And we review ridership every month, because a commute network is a living thing — people join, leave, and move, and the routes have to follow.

Our credentials

What stands behind the service

Operating since
2014, running recurring employee and commuter shuttle programs in the New York metro.
Licensed & insured
A commercially licensed, fully insured group-transport operation carrying the coverage that contracted corporate service requires.
Interstate authority
Interstate routes into New Jersey and Connecticut run under motor-carrier authority with regulated drivers and hours.
Commercial fleet scale
Shuttle buses from 14-seat Sprinters to 55-seat motorcoaches, with relief capacity so one breakdown never cancels a program.
Corporate accounts
Contract programs with a named coordinator, one monthly invoice, and ridership reporting built for HR and facilities teams.
Coverage
New York City metro — the five boroughs, Northern New Jersey, Westchester, Long Island, and the Connecticut commuter corridor.
How we make money is simple: companies pay us to run their shuttles and commuter programs. We do not sell your rider data, and the planner on this site is genuinely free — use it to pressure-test any vendor, including us.
