Guest loops and the late-night return

The two moments that make or break wedding transport are the pre-ceremony arrival and the end-of-night return. We run a timed guest loop from the hotel to the venue ahead of the ceremony, then a staffed return schedule — usually a mid-evening early wave and a final coach at last dance — so every guest has a safe ride and no one is stranded or driving after the bar.

Bridal party and family

A 14-seat Sprinter keeps the wedding party and photographer together between getting-ready, first-look, and the venue, with room for dresses and gear. For larger families we add a mini-bus so grandparents and kids ride comfortably on their own schedule rather than waiting on the guest loop.

Venues and timing

We regularly run to venues across the Hudson Valley, the North Shore and Hamptons of Long Island, and Northern New Jersey. Give us the run-of-show and we build the schedule around your ceremony and last-dance times, holding buffer for the drive. Peak Saturdays in May, June, September, and October book out early — reserve two to three months ahead.

The honest comparison

Is a chartered shuttle better than rideshare or your own fleet?

For a group that travels together on a schedule, a chartered shuttle is almost always cheaper and more reliable than pooling rideshares or buying and staffing your own buses. Here is how the options line up.

Factor Commuter Shuttle Co. Pooled rideshare Own company fleet
Cost for 20+ ridersOne flat vehicle rateMultiplies per car, per tripCapital + drivers + garage

Rideshare comparison assumes standard app pricing; surge multipliers of 1.5×–3× are common at weekday rush, in rain or snow, and around major NYC events. Fixed shuttle rates do not surge.

Common questions

Wedding & Group Shuttle — questions we hear

Do you run a late-night return for guests?

Yes. We schedule a staffed return — typically an early mid-evening wave and a final departure at last dance — so every guest has a safe ride back and no one drives after the reception.

Can we shuttle the bridal party separately?

Yes. A 14-seat Sprinter keeps the wedding party and photographer together with room for dresses and gear, on its own schedule apart from the guest loop.

Do you go to Hudson Valley, Long Island, and New Jersey venues?

Yes — we regularly run to Hudson Valley, Long Island (North Shore and the Hamptons), and Northern New Jersey venues from NYC hotel blocks.

How far ahead should we book a wedding shuttle?

Two to three months for peak Saturdays in May, June, September, and October, when Tri-State coach availability is tightest.

How is a wedding shuttle priced?

By vehicle and hours, with a multi-hour minimum that covers the guest loop and the late-night returns. Send your run-of-show and guest count for a quote.
