The desk behind the handbook

The Commuter Shuttle Co. journal and planning tools are produced in-house by our operations and editorial desk. We publish under a house byline rather than invented author personas — the team that plans real routes is the team that writes.

Who writes

A house byline

Articles, route notes, and operator landscapes are written and reviewed by the Commuter Shuttle Co. program desk — the planners and dispatchers who design and run our shuttle networks. We do not use ghost-written author personas. When a piece states a fact about an operator, a fare, a transit detail, or a vehicle, a member of the desk has checked it against a primary source at the time of writing.

How rankings work

What "best" means in our journal

Our operator landscapes rank real, verifiable companies — never invented brands. Inclusion is editorial: we list operators we can confirm actually run group and commuter transport in the market in question, and we rank by relevance to recurring employee-shuttle work, not by who pays us, because nobody pays us for placement. We name our own service where it is genuinely a fit and say so plainly. Read the full method on the editorial standards page.

Corrections

Tell us we got it wrong

If a detail is out of date or incorrect — an operator's coverage area, a vehicle spec, a transit fact — email programs@employeeshuttlebusrental.com and we will verify and update it. Material corrections are noted on the affected page.
